Per-square-metre pricing sits noticeably below Puerto Marina for stock of comparable build, which makes Torremuelle the value-with-train-access play within Benalmádena. The buyer pool is dominated by primary-residence and long-stay owners rather than short-let investors — quieter resale, stable pricing.
