Torrequebrada sits between Benalmádena Costa and Fuengirola — built around the golf course, the casino, and a run of beachfront apartments with direct Costa del Sol access. For apartment buyers the area is distinctive because it operates on two demand pillars simultaneously: golf at one end, beachfront at the other. Newer-build stock dominates because the urbanisation was largely developed post-1990, which translates to better lifts, A/C and soundproofing than older Costa del Sol blocks. Sea-and-golf-view penthouses are the headline product, with golf-course apartments and beachfront blocks forming the workhorse mid-market. The golf demand pillar broadens the resale buyer pool considerably.
