Beachfront in Benalmádena means the Costa strip — the promenade running past Puerto Marina and along the Paloma and Bil-Bil beaches, where the frontline blocks face directly onto sand and the paseo. It is the category everyone wants in theory, and the premium is real: a frontline flat typically runs 30–80% above the same one a couple of streets back toward Arroyo. We spend real time helping buyers work out whether they want the marina-side bustle of the Costa frontline, or whether a second-line flat with a sea glimpse and a quieter night is the more honest answer for how they will actually use it.

If you're new to this — or you've been searching the portals and want a second pair of eyes on a shortlist — start with a 30-minute call. The first conversation is free, with no obligation to engage further. We tell you what's realistic for your budget, what to watch out for in this segment, and whether we're the right fit.

Beachfront apartments in Benalmádena · frequently asked

Questions buyers actually ask.

What's the beachfront premium in Benalmádena? +

Typically 30–80% above second-line, and steepest on the central Costa stretch around Puerto Marina and the Paloma beach, where the paseo and the marina put everything on the doorstep. It eases a little toward the Torremuelle end, where the coast is quieter and frontline starts to read as value rather than trophy.

What's the catch with a Benalmádena beachfront apartment? +

Salt air punishes terrace metalwork, so frontline railings and frames need re-painting every three to four years. Add summer noise and footfall along the paseo, and more short-let neighbours in the marina-side blocks, in our experience one of the busiest short-let pockets in the municipality. None of these are reasons not to buy — they are reasons to view in season and ask the right questions about the comunidad before you commit.
