They are what families with young children and buyers done with stairs settle on, and they matter more here than usual: Arroyo and the pueblo both sit on slopes, so a level garden flat is genuinely rare. We note light and orientation honestly, since the older Costa blocks built close together can leave a north-facing ground floor darker than the photos suggest.
